Ahwatukee Foothills is Phoenix, isolated south of South Mountain: ZIPs 85044, 85045, and 85048. It is not Chandler and it is not a generic “south Phoenix” clone. Streets that actually bound the work: Ray Road, Chandler Boulevard, Warner Road, 48th Street, 32nd Street, Desert Foothills Parkway, and the I-10 / Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway ramps. You do not “pass through” Ahwatukee the way you pass Encanto. Dispatch has to mean the 202 or I-10, not Central Avenue.
Housing stock

Washes exist; we still treat a sewer surcharge as sewer or drain cleaning, not as “mountain drainage.”

Hillside vs the 48th Street flats
Desert Foothills and the 85045/85048 slope add rock, longer private drives, and attic units under tile that are a summer access problem. The 85044 grid toward Ray and Chandler Boulevard is flatter tract — still copper under tile, easier garage heaters, same hard water. A generic “we also serve Ahwatukee” line that ignores that split is why the hillside and the flats get named separately here.
